Job summary

Westlake Corporation is seeking an Analyst I - Total Rewards to administer and coordinate daily activities for select US benefits programs for employees. The role serves as a primary contact for benefits inquiries and supports HR partners and vendors.

Independent judgment is used to evaluate and improve plan administration. The role includes open enrollment support, ACA compliance, reporting on costs and utilization, and collaboration with internal and external benefits teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of professional experience and knowledge of US benefits principles.
• General knowledge of laws/regulations pertaining to benefit administration in the U.S.
• Experience using Workday preferred; familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans and administration processes.
• Administers benefit programs including Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and EAP.
• Supports ACA compliance and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinates with vendors, carriers and consultants on plan administration.
