The Benefits Analyst at Trilogy Health Services supports administration, financial oversight, compliance, and data integrity of health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will audit plans, reconcile invoices, and monitor vendor performance to ensure accurate and efficient program administration.

Job Summary The Benefits Analyst supports the administration, financial oversight, compliance, and data integrity of the Company's health and welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs. This role ensures accurate benefit plan administration through audits, vendor invoice and payroll deduction reconciliations, reporting, retirement plan support, and vendor performance monitoring. The Benefits Analyst partners with Payroll, Human Resources, Leave Administration, Finance, benefits vendors, and other team members to promote accurate and efficient program administration. This role also researches and resolves complex benefits issues while supporting compliance with applicable regulations.
Travel: Yes: Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
CBP, CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
