Job summary

Cars Commerce, based in the United States, is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage U.S. and Canada benefits and leave programs within Total Rewards. You will keep enrollments, deductions, vendor billing, and leaves accurate and compliant across Workday and our carriers.

You will also be the first point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and vendors on benefits questions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail, process, and delivering clear answers during sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years benefits and/or leaves administration.
• FMLA/ACA/COBRA/ERISA knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS; Workday preferred.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer US and Canada benefits and leave programs.
• Configure Workday and partner with HRIS on releases and testing.
• Lead the annual open enrollment cycle and vendor billing.
• Monitor eligibility rules including ACA compliance.
• Support Canadian benefits alongside US programs.
• Provide employee support on benefits inquiries.
• Maintain intranet benefits content and communications calendar.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal comms teams.
