Job summary

Cars Commerce Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage day‑to‑day benefits and leave programs for U.S. and Canada, reporting to Total Rewards. You will maintain enrollments, deductions, and vendor billing in Workday, and serve as a key contact for employees, HRBPs, Payroll, and vendors during sensitive moments.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, process improvement, and using AI tools to streamline workflows while ensuring compliance and accurate communications across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business or related field.
• 3–6 years of benefits and/or leaves administration.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA basics and state leave rules.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday, for benefits configuration.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. and Canadian benefits and leave programs within Workday and with carriers.
• Lead annual open enrollment, provide employee support and follow-up.
• Manage billing/invoicing for self-funded plans and ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor eligibility rules and ACA compliance; assist with reporting.
• Support communications, intranet content, and confidential information handling.
• Coordinate with vendors, Payroll, HRBPs, and Legal on leaves and vendor contracts.
