Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage a subset of high-impact HR benefit programs in a large manufacturing environment. You will drive project implementations, maintain data integrity, run analytics, and handle vendor relationships across multiple sites.

The role requires 2–5 years in HR, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with benefit operations. You will collaborate with HR Service Center, Finance, and stakeholders to optimize plans and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Human Resources experience.
  • 1 year vendor management experience.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Program administration in a large-scale manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep knowledge of assigned benefit programs and related processes.
  • Serve as project manager for plan implementations and Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Analyze current programs and model future options to support decision making.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Assist with plan renewals, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Educate HR Service Center on plan provisions and changes.
  • Collaborate with Finance on funding and cost allocations.
