Health Advocate is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Support Associate to guide members through benefit plan options, costs, and open enrollment questions. You will answer calls, provide clear information on medical, dental, pharmacy, and other plans, and help members navigate their choices with empathy and accuracy.

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Time spent pursuing a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted in lieu of experience requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with internal and external resources to provide guidance on benefit plan options and costs.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to benefit inquiries; place outbound follow-up calls.
• Provide guidance to members on open enrollment issues and plan comparisons.
• Review plan options and costs for individual health insurance, COBRA, and Medicare plans.
• Document all benefit issues and maintain department files; ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
