Aflac Garden City Office is seeking motivated advisors to join our dynamic B2B team on Long Island. This role offers growth and meaningful work helping local employers protect employees while building your own long-term success.

You’ll work with local employers, develop new business from leads, conduct engaging enrollments in person or virtually, deliver service and claims support, and participate in team training and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs with local employers and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
• Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging benefit enrollments in-person and virtually.
• Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
