Aflac is actively seeking new Benefits Advisors to join our sales team in Orange County, CA. This role offers professional growth, a flexible earning opportunity through commissions, bonuses, and potential stock options, and a supportive team culture.

You’ll partner with local employers, generate new business through leads and referrals, and deliver engaging benefit enrollments both in person and online, while providing top-notch service to policyholders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to develop new business and present solutions.

• Partner with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
• Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
