Job summary

Wespath Institutional Investments LLC in Glenview, IL seeks a Benefits Administrator to support survivor and disability participants and ensure timely benefits from our self-insured plans. You’ll collaborate with the Customer Service team to assist beneficiaries with sensitive inquiries.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, strong customer-service writing skills, empathy, and reliability for 8 am–6 pm CST coverage. Hybrid work includes in-office Tuesdays in Glenview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Has a passion for serving customers.
• Professional writing skills; able to prepare business letters and emails with proper punctuation and clarity.
• Able to perform basic math for premiums, billing, audits and contribution/distribution resolutions.
• Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans documents, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and retirement plan concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist benefit recipients and beneficiaries.
• Collaborate with Survivor and Disability Benefits and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure customers receive benefits from self-insured plans when needed.
• Support team coverage between 8 am and 6 pm CST, Monday–Friday.
