Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY is seeking a Benefits Administrator to provide administrative support to the Benefits Administration team, oversee onboarding, and manage a tuition scholarship program. You will conduct new hire orientations, handle benefits enrollments and inquiries, and collaborate with the Assistant Director to oversee COBRA and open enrollment.

The Benefits Administrator reports to the Assistant Director, Benefits Administration and provides administrative support to the Benefits Administration team. Additionally, the incumbent will provide exceptional customer service to the University’s employee population consisting of faculty, administrators, and union personnel, and will be responsible for administering all aspects of the University’s benefits onboarding process for new hires, as well as the tuition scholarship benefit program. This is an onsite position; work for this role is performed on campus.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
