Walden Security is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the Benefits Manager in a 100% in-office role in Chattanooga, TN. The position handles benefit enrollments, inquiries, and data entry while coordinating records and supporting HR initiatives.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and a background in benefits programs, payroll deductions, and compliance. Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills are essential to ensure accurate benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years related experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Benefits Manager in administering and communicating benefits programs.
• Assist employees with enrollment, eligibility, payroll deduction, and benefit claim inquiries.
• Enter benefits-related data into the HRIS and maintain records.
• Coordinate filing and records management for the benefits department.
• Provide customer service to maintain employee satisfaction and respond to inquiries.
