This position will act as main point of contact and maintain relationships with our external customers and their employees while working with all departments within our company. This demanding position requires the ability to provide outstanding customer service while multi-tasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as main point of contact for clients and their employees with any issues or questions regarding their group benefits (medical, dental, vision, supplemental, etc.)
  • Performs analytical work/research around issues/changes/upgrades
  • Provides guidance as needed in development or to resolve unanticipated problems
  • Ensure compliance with governmental agencies employment laws and regulations
Requirements
