Job summary

Palmer & Cay is seeking an Account Manager to oversee insurance policy administration and client services for a portfolio of clients in Lafayette, LA. You will gather renewal information, respond to service requests, handle invoicing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy data and timely delivery.

You will lead a team of Account Managers, participate in risk assessments, support renewal proposals, and contribute to new business development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance servicing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client information in Epic to assure accurate and current information.
• Prepare written correspondence and reports for clients and carriers.
• Coordinate renewal information and respond to client service requests (certificates, ID cards, endorsements).
• Handle client invoicing and accounts receivable management; monitor aging schedules.
• Support renewal proposals, and present insurance program renewal proposals to clients.
• Lead delegation and coordination for Account Manager(s) on their team.
