LP Insurance Services seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager who provides above-standard service to Clients, Producers and Account Executives. The Account Manager is the primary contact for assigned accounts and works in a team to deliver a full range of client services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA rules and regulations, and the ACA.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ Benefit experience with a broker or insurance carrier.
• Experience in building good inter-personal and excellent client relationships.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in producing strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives, and coworkers.
• Primary contact for assigned accounts and work in a team to provide full range of client services.
• Coordinate and may conduct carrier/client enrollment meetings as needed.
