Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing teams in Jacksonville and Tallahassee, FL. This role coordinates new business and renewal marketing, underwriting activities, and day-to-day client service for assigned employee benefits accounts.

You will work closely with clients, carriers, and producers to provide benefit plan support, maintain account records, and ensure timely processing while delivering high-quality service to support client retention and

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Florida 2-15 license in good standing.
• Solid knowledge of employee benefits coverage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Organized with strong prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Marketing new business and renewal activities for employee benefits accounts.
• Underwriting support including gathering enrollment information and follow-up.
• Educate group administrators on COBRA and administrative procedures.
• Assist employees with unresolved claim issues and educate on claims system.
• Enter and maintain accurate account data and files.
• Support account retention and growth through responsive service.
