Brown & Brown in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support marketing, underwriting, and client service for employee benefits accounts. You will work with clients, carriers, and producers to deliver plan support, processing and timely activity updates.

Responsibilities include new business marketing, renewal marketing, underwriting follow-up, COBRA administration, and maintaining account records, with focus on client relations and retention.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good technical knowledge of benefits coverage.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle client data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new business marketing including rating and quoting.
• Coordinate renewal marketing and underwriting follow-up.
• Assist with COBRA administration and enrollments.
• Educate group administrators on procedures and best practices.
• Support clients with claims and service needs.
• Maintain accurate account records and data entry.
• Develop client relationships to support retention and growth.
