The position requires 3+ years in account management or client services, a Florida Life & Health license (2-15) within 30 days, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: serve as primary contact for assigned clients and maintain relationships.
• Benefits Administration: oversee enrollment, eligibility, and service requests for employee benefits programs.
• Plan Design and Data Analytics: conduct market research and generate reports on benefits usage and costs.
• Compliance and Regulation: ensure programs comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts.
