Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Nevada to deliver above-standard client service to Clients, Producers, and Account Executives. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and work in a team to provide comprehensive benefit services.

The position requires knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA, and ACA, 2–3 years’ broker or carrier experience, and an active Life & Health license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance coverages, HIPAA rules and the ACA.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ Benefit experience with a broker or insurance carrier.
• Strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
• Active Life & Health license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and provide full client services.
• Develop client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate carrier enrollment meetings and prepare materials.
