Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking an EB Account Executive to manage assigned accounts, collaborate with the Account Manager and Producer, and meet daily client service needs. The role includes financial analysis, renewal/rate negotiations, and building strong client-carrier relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

You will stay current with industry trends, advise clients on suitable solutions, and support the Benefits Department’s goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health insurance products and market
• HIPAA and ACA knowledge
• Minimum 5 years broker/benefits experience
• Active Life and Health License required

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client-carrier relationships to meet objectives and retention.
• Keeps current on industry trends and carrier developments.
• Responds to client questions and researches solutions with carrier on behalf of client.
• Prepares benefits and financial exhibits for presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Reviews client contracts for accuracy.
• Seeks new business opportunities and cross-sells to other divisions.
