Job summary

HSA Bank, a division of Santander Bank N.A., is seeking an experienced client relationship professional to manage employer accounts within the CDH and Employee Benefits space. You will drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction while collaborating across teams and maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced, virtual environment with mandatory camera participation for meetings and travel

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience in Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) and Employee Benefits.
• Employer benefits account experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy discussions with employer clients.
• Deliver product training and adoption support.
• Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and resolve service issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Drive process improvements and elevate issues when needed.
• Track client engagement activities and measure outcomes.
• Proactively manage client retention by addressing concerns and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate in a highly collaborative virtual environment with mandatory camera participation.
