Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits navigation or social services.
• Familiarity with Westchester County social service systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and benefits eligibility assessments for participants.
• Provide individualized benefits navigation support.
• Assist clients with SNAP, Medicaid, and public benefit applications.
