Job Description

Be the BenefitMall subject matter expert for all non-medical group benefits products within an assigned geography, developing strong relationships with broker firms to increase ancillary/voluntary benefits sales.

Responsibilities include understanding non-medical products, supporting agents/brokers, conducting follow-up calls, providing product information, and supporting sales efforts to meet goals.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred
  • 3+ years in insurance/employee benefit sales, preferably with a health insurance carrier
  • Knowledge of ancillary/voluntary group insurance products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web browsers
  • Life/Health Agent’s License required
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with additional incentive pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, paid time off, and more, depending on eligibility.
