Be the BenefitMall subject matter expert for all non-medical group benefits products in an assigned geography and with regional team. Develop an intimate knowledge of broker firms, the new business opportunity flow, and their existing book of business in an assigned geography to increase ancillary/voluntary benefits sales.
This position is fully remote. Our teams collaborate using video and screen sharing technology, making you feel part of the team while working from home.

Certifications: Life/Health Agent’s License is required.
The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with additional incentive pay.
Eligible employees working 20+ hours/week can access benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, savings accounts, and a 401k plan. Vacation, sick days, paid holidays, and potential stock options or deferred compensation may also be available.
