Responsibilities

• Interviews clients for assistance and determines continuing eligibility.
• Explains benefit programs and determines need for assistance.
• Processes applications for financial assistance and determines eligibility and benefit levels.
• Monitors cases for changes and updates reflect within guidelines.
• Maintains client records and prepares reports.
• References to services and creates referrals when appropriate.
