Job summary

The Family Support Division of the State of Missouri is seeking applications for a Benefit Program Technician at the Polk County/Bolivar Resource Center in Bolivar, MO. You will help Missouri citizens obtain food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance by determining eligibility and interviewing clients in person and by phone.

You will determine initial and continuing eligibility, prepare summaries, and perform related duties in a supportive, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least four years of customer service experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
