Position Overview

The Family Support Division is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians. These positions will be located in the Barry County Customer Service Center at 208 East 8th Street, Cassville, MO.

As a Benefit Program Technician, you will assist Missouri citizens in obtaining food, medical, financial, and nutritional assistance to support their well-being and productivity.

Your daily responsibilities will include determining initial and ongoing eligibility for these services, interviewing clients in person and by phone, preparing summaries, and more.

Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of Customer Service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Personable, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude.
  • Lack of post-secondary education will not be the sole reason for consideration denial.
