Qualifications

• Experience in medical records requests or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and PHI handling is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and reliability.
• Experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Medical Records Management: Request, track, and review medical records for eligibility determinations.
• HIPAA Compliance: Ensure privacy and security of PHI in all interactions.
• Fax & Document Management: Send, receive, and track faxes and maintain records.
• Facility & Client Outreach: Follow up with facilities and provide status updates to clients.
• Guidance and Liaison Role: Explain benefits and processes to clients and representatives.
• Data Management & CRM: Enter data accurately and log interactions in systems.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
