Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use construction projects in Bend, Oregon. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Lead Project Engineer, and subcontractors to keep information moving, assist with scheduling, budgets, document control, and field coordination on fast-moving jobsites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of general contracting experience on commercial projects; hospitality/mixed-use preferred.
• Proficiency with schedules, submittals, RFIs, document control, procurement, and closeout.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and project management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and daily execution of construction activities.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, field questions, and document updates.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, procurement logs, submittal logs, and project files.
• Review drawings, specifications, subcontract documents, and project requirements to identify conflicts or changes.
