CS Construction is seeking a Project Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support our growing portfolio of large-scale commercial multifamily projects. This role offers a path to Senior Project Engineer with hands-on involvement in complex builds and a collaborative team focused on mentorship and professional growth.

You will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with document control, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and procurement, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (multifamily experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and document control systems.
• Ready to take ownership, solve problems, and grow into a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

CS Construction is seeking a Project Engineer with around 5+ years of experience to support our growing portfolio of large-scale commercial multifamily projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step confidently into a Senior Project Engineer role and gain hands-on experience with complex builds—while being surrounded by a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who’s already spent a few years in the field as a Project Engineer and is ready to bring their skills to the next level on large scale commercial projects.

What You’ll Do

• — Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with document control, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and procurement
• — Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• — Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and field issue resolution
