Job summary

You will coach staff, manage performance, and ensure adherence to bank policies while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a dynamic community market.

Qualifications

• Must manage branch P&L and drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking and CRM utilization.
• Analytical and risk-aware decision making.
• Ability to build trust and identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers integrated financial services and referrals across banking lines.
• Manages CRM activities, referrals, and marketing within the branch.
• Develops growth in top client relationships and deposits.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts and loans.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and completes required training.
