Job summary

You will open and maintain accounts, assist with loans, and explore referrals across Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, and Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years banking or related experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering client questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, and is proficient in originating loans.
• Processes new consumer and small business loan requests.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents client activity.
