Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a hands-on Bench Repair Technician at our Louisville, KY facility. You will perform in-house repairs and calibrations on Atlas Copco tools, diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and ensuring full functionality after service.

This role reports to the Depot Manager and follows a 4x10 on-site schedule. The candidate should be skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, read technical schematics, and maintain clear documentation while communicating with

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise work.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
