Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a hands-on Bench Repair Technician in Louisville, KY. You will perform in-house repairs and calibrations on Atlas Copco tools, diagnose issues, and ensure precision in every repair.

The role involves close collaboration with the Depot Manager and supports high‑quality customer service. The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, can read schematics, and communicates effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with computers including Outlook and Teams.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
