Qualifications

• High school degree preferred but not required
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler experience or relevant skilled trades experience
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
• Customer service mindset with a high standard for quality work
• Basic computer skills
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, progressing to Bench Jeweler
• Restore jewelry to original beauty and design custom pieces
• Set stones and perform sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair
