Ben & Jerry's New Haven is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced scoop shop and nurture a high-performing team through busy nights. You will own the operation from staffing to guest experience, ensuring quality and culture are maintained at all hours.

JOB TITLE: Shop Manager - Ben & Jerry's New Haven

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $1050-$1200 weekly

LOCATION: New Haven, CT

Job Description

New Haven nights are alive -- and we need someone who thrives when the city does. This is a leadership role for someone who's equal parts operator and culture-builder. You'll run a tight shop, grow a great team, and make sure every scoop hits the same standard at midnight as it does at noon. If you're energized by late-night rushes, love developing people, and want to lead a business that actually stands for something -- this one's for you.

Hours: Open until midnight on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
