Shop Manager - Ben & Jerry's

Pay: $20-$25 an hour

This role is for a people-first leader who knows how to run a strong operation and create a culture people love showing up for. As General Manager, you'll own the day-to-day success of the shop--leading your team, delivering standout guest experiences, and keeping the business healthy, fun, and values-driven (with ice cream always close by).
