Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop, coach scoopers and shift leads, and help create a welcoming guest experience.

In this hands-on leadership role you will manage daily operations, develop your team, support community events, and work toward the goal of becoming Shop Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food/retail teams preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
