Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships Limited invites applicants for a Heathrow-based BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) Engineer apprenticeship. The role combines office tasks with on-site visits to construction locations, designing documentation and software for energy management systems, and ensuring HSE compliance.

Training is provided over 36 months with EPA assessment. Eligibility includes GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or higher, English work rights, and a keen interest in energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or Functional Skills Level 2).
• Right to work in England and no current enrolment on other courses.
• Interest in energy management and building services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and create BEMS technical documentation.
• Design and write software for control systems to industry standards.
• Create client-approved user interfaces for plant and systems.
• Adhere to RAMS and Health & Safety documentation.
