Job summary

Alloy Enterprises is seeking a BMS Engineer to join our Building Efficiency Division. You will perform routine BMS maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and chillers across London sites, configuring software to meet client objectives and supporting on-site stakeholders.

This semi-mobile role offers a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and training opportunities. You may join the on-call rota for emergencies and will help drive small works identified during visits while maintaining strong safety

Qualifications

Experience in BMS & HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, etc.).
Familiarity with Trend, Tridium, or Metasys systems preferred.
Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels.
Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Clean UK driving license.

Responsibilities

Perform routine BMS PPM service visits and corrective small works
Respond to BMS-related callouts and support customer needs
Review site logbooks and address minor issues during visits
Produce clear and accurate service reports with upgrade or repair recommendations
Supervise subcontractors on-site (e.g., electricians, panel manufacturers)
Modify and configure BMS software to meet client objectives
Maintain up-to-date documentation reflecting system changes
