Job summary

AMMEGA in Reading, PA is seeking a dependable production line assembler. You will meet daily production targets, follow safety and quality procedures, and document barriers as needed to keep the line running smoothly.

You will maintain a clean, organized shop (5S), assemble belts as instructed by Assembly Line Leaders, handle materials for each work order, and sustain at least an average pace with teammates.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a solid communicator
  • Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
  • Must be able to work in the US
  • Detail oriented
  • Communicates effectively
  • Works well within a Team environment

  • Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
  • Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
  • Meets daily production expectations as per production board and documents barriers when applicable.
  • Follows all procedures & work instructions
  • Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations (5S)
  • Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
  • Handle materials required for each individual work order
  • Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.
  • Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
