Job summary

Ammega Group in Reading, PA is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Crew Member to support daily production on the assembly line. You will follow safety and quality procedures, assemble belts as trained, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and reliability; candidates should be able to lift up to 55 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and actively improve our safety program.
  • Ensure quality procedures are followed and actively improve our quality program.
  • Meet daily production expectations as per production board and document barriers when applicable.
  • Follow all procedures & work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop (5S) and meet our standards.
  • Assemble belts as trained and instructed by Assembly Line Leaders.
  • Handle materials required for each work order.
  • Maintain an average pace consistent with peers.
  • Perform other duties to meet company goals as directed by management.
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders
  • Handle materials required for each individual work order
  • Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members.
  • Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management
  • Ability to work overtime as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Job
