Job summary

Belt Power LLC in Missouri is seeking a hands-on Belt Technician to fabricate and install conveyor belts and components, in shop and in the field as needed. The role involves reading work orders, measuring to exact specifications, and ensuring precise completion of each job.

You will maintain inventory, assist with material handling, and deliver orders while upholding strong safety practices and PPE usage. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and components
  • Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting
  • Use tools and equipment to cut, measure, and assemble belts to exact specifications
  • Read and follow work orders and ensure accurate completion of jobs
  • Maintain inventory and organize materials in the shop
  • Pick up and deliver materials and completed orders
  • Identify and report equipment or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety standards and wear the required PPE

What To Expect
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of positions (standing, bending, climbing)
  • Work with tools, machinery, and sometimes at heights or in tight spaces
  • Occasional travel, overtime, or weekend work may be required

  • Shop-based fabrication with field work as needed
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Moderate noise level with strong safety practices and equipment
Schedule
  • Full-time | Monday–Friday, occasional weekend work
  • Overtime opportunities available
