Job summary

Beltservice in Huntersville, NC is hiring for a full-time assembler to manufacture plastic modular conveyor belts. You will read specifications and assemble parts on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).

The role requires accuracy, good hand-eye coordination, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic calculator/computer skills. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read and follow measurements.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic modular conveyor belts per customer specs.

About the work:

• We are currently hiring for our1stshift(Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).
• Assemble plastic modular conveyor belts according to customer specification.
• Use strong attention to detail and tools like measuring tapes and T-squares to make precise measurements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, preferred.
• A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to use a calculator, tape measure, and computer; have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Must have high attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to comprehend spoken and written English.
