Job summary

Katz JCC is seeking a Membership Director to lead outreach, sales, and retention, building belonging through programs, events, and services. You will manage customer relations, campaigns, and partnerships with local businesses, while guiding a team of membership and guest services staff.

You will oversee budget planning, analytics, and a goal-driven sales experience, ensuring member satisfaction and sustained revenue growth for the JCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration preferred and/or 5+ years’ experience in sales, customer engagement and management.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Member Management software (e.g., Salesforce, Daxko Operations, Efinesstri, Quattro).
• Experience creating, implementing, and executing a prospect and member journey with a CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Create, promote, and implement membership enhancing operations, programs, events, and services.
• Service existing members by exceeding expectations and retaining commitment to JCC membership.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with members and advance belonging.
• Directly supervise the Associate Membership Director, Membership Operations Manager, Database Manager, and Guest Services Lead Associates.
