Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience, including belonging work with adults
• 2+ years of ECE-12 teaching experience with demonstrated student success
• Demonstrated success facilitating inclusive conversations across diverse groups
• Core belief that people can learn, grow, and change
• Commitment to ongoing learning
• Deep self-awareness
• Experience working across various lines of difference

Responsibilities

• Prepare for conversations and share reflections with corps members
• Attend training and rehearsal sessions
• Facilitate conversations and meals (~1 hour)
• Debrief conversations and meals (30–60 minutes)
• Be available to facilitate both dates in person
