Teach For America is seeking a Community Conversation Facilitator (Temp) to lead belonging-focused conversations in Phoenix, AZ. Facilitators will prepare, train, and guide small groups of 1st and 2nd year corps members through in-person conversations with food.
Responsibilities include pre-session preparation, attending trainings, facilitating the meals, and debriefing afterward. The role requires in-person availability for November 2026 and March 2027 dates.
TFA Community Conversation Facilitators are responsible for facilitating belonging-focused conversations over food in-person with groups of ~10 1st and 2nd year corps members. Facilitators will receive conversation guidance, engage in 1-2 hours of training, facilitate the ~1 hour conversation, and participate in a 30-60 minute debrief. Conversations/meals will happen in November 2026 and March 2027.
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
