Job summary

Teach For America seeks a Community Conversation Facilitator (Temp) in Connecticut to guide belonging-focused conversations with ~10 1st/2nd year corps members. The role includes training, guiding a ~1 hour discussion, and a 30–60 minute debrief across virtual and in-person sessions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional experience including belonging work with adults and 2+ years of ECE-12 teaching experience, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in belonging work and/or development with adults.
• Excellent facilitation of group conversations.
• Willingness to participate in training and debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate conversations and meals (about 1 hour).
• Attend 1–2 hours of training and rehearsal.
• Prepare reflections and share with corps members.
• Debrief conversations/meals in 30–60 minutes.
• Must be available to facilitate both in-person dates.
