Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) invites you to join our Bellstand team. As a Bellstand Attendant, you will greet guests, escort them to their rooms, inform them of property amenities and hours, and assist with luggage and arrivals to create memorable vacation experiences that guests will cherish.

The role is on-site at a AAA Four Diamond resort, offering competitive hourly pay, benefits, on-site parking, and opportunities for growth within a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Open doors and assist owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including helping load/unload luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with amenity deliveries when requested.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $20.65

Hourly Wage: $20.65 + tips

Typical Day

To Become a Bellstand Attendant at MVW

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
