Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Bellstand Attendant to welcome guests, escort them to rooms, and assist with luggage and vehicle arrivals. You will inform guests about property amenities, hours, and local activities while maintaining a safe, courteous, and guest-focused environment. This is a full-time role requiring you to work weekends and holidays and possess a valid U.S.

As a Bellstand Attendant, a Typical Day Will Include

• Greets and escort guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage.

To Become a Bellstand Attendant At HVC

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
