Hourly Rate: $18.90 per hour, Part‑Time Seasonal Position. 1st and 2nd Shift Availability. Weekends and Holidays Required.

Job Overview

Seasonal Bellstand Attendant at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) assists owners and guests in creating memorable vacation experiences through friendly and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room or bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Provides assistance to guests in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage.
• Contributes to team goals and follows company policies and safety procedures.
• Responds to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License and subject to background and drug screening as required by company policy.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
